If you are struggling to balance your personal life and your work, we are here for you!
In collaboration with community partners, we want to make psychological and social support available to anyone experiencing personal, family, social or other difficulties.
Psychosocial support in the workplace
Our approach:
- Volunteering and motivation;
- Empowerment and gaining power through support;
- Diminishing constraints that have an impact on life balance.
Program activities:
- Reception and assessment of the person’s needs;
- Listening and support;
- Support and referrals to various services offered in the community. (Support throughout these steps is available if needed.)
For more information or to benefit from our services, please contact us.
Workplace training and awareness
L’Éveil offers free mental health promotion workshops to make employees and employers more aware of the different realities that a worker can experience.
The workshops are 30 to 90 minutes long and can be tailored to the needs of each company. They can be offered at your convenience (e.g., at lunch, at the end of the day or during work hours).
Personal development presentation guide and monthly events
This guide is intended for people in the Coaticook MRC who wish to offer information and/or personal development workshops on various topics focused on mental health and self-development. Workshops are available to community organizations and to businesses, directly in the workplace. L’Éveil RCSM is updating its awareness-raising program for residents of the MRC.
