Are you between the ages of 12 and 17?

L’Éveil now offers individual services for youths ages 12 to 17.

Any young person can contact a counsellor to get access to services. However, young people ages 14 and below must have signed authorization from their parents. Your counsellor can support you in all areas of your life, from relationships and school to personal life and more. If you’d like, you can contact us by Messenger.

To raise awareness of mental health issues among young people in the MRC, our youth workers can be found at lunchtime booths at Polyvalente la frontalière. Young people can meet them and play quiz games on two Tuesdays every month.

Are you between the ages of 18 and 35?

L’Éveil has a room, a worker, and activities—in short, services tailored specifically for you!

In addition to having access to all our services, young people ages 18 to 35 have their own space at L’Éveil. Because difficult times and mental health problems are pervasive, without distinctions, across all environments and all age groups. Here, you can count on a young team that will welcome you and listen to you!

The room

The room is set up to be inviting and to be used as a living environment for 18-to-35-year-olds.

It’s a place where you can go to get your mind off things, chat and do activities (art, music, Netflix, video and board games, etc.) or an outing… in short, to get away from home. There are many possibilities for you.

Professionals

The worker is always there to welcome you, listen to you and support you. You can also come with your friends!

We’re here for you!

Partnership with youth organizations

Whether it’s with schools, the Carrefour jeunesse emploi, workplaces, street workers or community workers, all possible partnerships are explored in order to reach out to young people and offer them services and activities tailored to their needs and realities.
