Individual support consists of a range of services that can be tailored to each person’s needs. It involves a direct helping relationship where the person is welcomed and listened to, but also supported in their steps toward better well-being.
Helping relationship
The workers support the individual in identifying their needs and finding the tools by which to meet them. This support is provided in one or more telephone sessions or in person.
Help with official procedures
Whether it’s for assistance with everyday administrative procedures or steps to help recover your balance, workers are available to support you. Examples include understanding a letter, dealing with the government, filling out a form, etc.
Individual art therapy
Art therapy is different from creativity, occupational therapies, learning artistic techniques or interpreting images. Art therapy meetings are a process of understanding oneself and finding solutions to support personal well-being. Art therapy is for anyone who wants to explore their personal experiences through the creation process. It does not require any artistic talent.
